2. Payment Methods & Security
We require 100% advance payment of the order total, including any applicable shipping fees, before an order is processed and shipped.

4. Chargeback Process & Resolution

A chargeback is a dispute filed directly with your bank. Once a chargeback is initiated, the funds are held by the bank, and the resolution process can take 60 to 90 days.
If a chargeback is filed for a delivered order without prior communication, we reserve the right to provide official delivery proof (tracking information and delivery confirmation) to the banking institution to contest the dispute.
5. Fraud Prevention Notice
To protect our customers and our business, all orders undergo a strict fraud screening process.

If an order is flagged as “High Risk,” we may request additional verification or cancel the order immediately and issue a full refund to the original payment method to prevent unauthorized use of your card.

- Posting: It typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear back in your bank account or on your credit card statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
