Returns & Refunds Policy

At Senpai Wax, we stand behind every product we sell. If you're not fully satisfied, we'll make it right — quickly and transparently.

1. Standard Return Window

  • 30-Day Policy: We accept returns within 30 days from the original purchase date.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unaltered, and in perfect condition to qualify for a return or exchange.
  • Packaging: Items must be returned in original packaging with all parts, accessories, and manuals included.
  • Final Sale: Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

2. Return Options & Fees

  • Return for Store Credit (US & UK): Pre-paid return labels provided free of charge.
  • Return for Cash Refund: Pre-paid return labels provided, with a $5 handling fee deducted from your refund.
  • Refund Processing Time: Cash refunds are issued within 15–20 business days after our warehouse receives and inspects your return.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • Timeframe: Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original order date.
  • Free Exchange Shipping (US & UK): Pre-paid return labels are provided free of charge for all valid exchanges.
  • Processing Time: Replacement items are dispatched within 2–3 business days after we receive and verify your return.
  • Policy Limit: Each order may only be exchanged once. Original shipping charges remain non-refundable.

4. Coupon & Discount Codes

  • Grace Period: Forgot to apply a code? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll apply it manually.
  • Usage Limit: One coupon code per purchase only.
  • Restrictions: Codes cannot be applied to previous orders or orders already in processing or shipped.

5. Disputes & Escalations

Not satisfied with a return or refund decision? Email us at support@senpaiwax.store with your Order ID in the subject line. Our team will personally review your case within 48 hours.
